Thank you so much Magellan! Because of booking with you we received a complimentary breakfast daily plus a $50 room credit which we put towards dining daily. The Most amazing meals we have ever had! The Peninsula s service in particular dining room service is outstanding and the very best
They custom made our dinners, made special soup for us and took the very best care of us. We felt like we were in a dream world at times!
The mattress however was dated and worn and not comfortable so they brought us in a new mattress that was perfect! The room was gorgeous and so is the pool! The best hotel and service in LA!
We checked out the Four Seasons and Beverly Hills Hotel when staying and were not impressed with either of those, no comparison to the Peninsula in Beverly Hills! Thank you!

I LOVE your service! Thank you for delivering on exactly what you promised. I must confess that i was skeptical of your prices and promised benefits...but everything was just as you stated. I might add that the hotel itself was very complimentary of your service which also eased my mind as a first time user.

We never knew so many special accommodations existed. We partook of as many amenities as we could fit into our mini getaway. We thoroughly loved every moment at The Beverly Hills Hotel. We have never before experienced so perfectly orchestrated accommodations. It was dreamlike. |

Just wanted to get back to you as we finished our vacation at the Beverly Hills Hotel you booked for us. It was nothing short of Amazing!!!! The staff were 100% attentive and helpful during our entire week. I was so happy you chose this hotel for us as we were treated like royalty. This was our first time in LA and the hotel put the finishing touch on our overall experience. The Continental breakfast you included turned out to be a $75.00 credit which we could use in our room, the Polo lounge or Cabana Room by the pool. Fabulous!!!! I did find renting a car for the trips we took from the hotel a better idea than cabs (unless we were within 3 miles then the hotel took us and picked us up). The Concierge desk said cabs can be a bit sketchy and with your own car you did not add that worry to your day waiting for cabs or late at night Thx again and we will not hesitate to refer my friends to you and your agency |

I would have never thought I'd be able to stay at the Beverly Hilton for the rate quoted by Magellan. Being that it was my first time using your services I felt the need to compare rates on my own and I couldn't find anything even close. At check in I was even able to request an upgrade to the Wilshire Tower. Given the discounted rate, I never expected them to accommodate us but they did. I loved the hotel and I especially loved the discounted rate and the upgrade. |
