The fitness center does need to be expanded with more machines and better ventilation. "

We went shopping everywhere including Malibu, Rodeo, Melrose, Robertson, Beverly Hills Center, Century Center, The Grove and Vegas ) Restaurants that I loved were Katsuya, Cut, Silk, Il Sole and went to many other places including Il Pastaio for lunch, very good food. The trip was a blast, we had a great time. The hotel was absolutely perfect. The location of the hotel was right in the middle of all of the activities we were wanting to do on our down time, plus it was extremely close to the scheduled activities we had planned. Thank you for your recommendation on the hotel, the trip would not of been half as fun if we would of stayed anywhere else. The location and style of the hotel was right on the money. Also, after we booked the room for a rate that I could not of gotten without your help -I checked around-, you told me you would let me know if the price decreased before our trip. I never actually thought that was actually a possibility, I thought it was more of a pitch -no offense-, but you saved us over 50 a night! Countless times everyday we would comment on how great the hotel was and how much we lucked out by taking a stab in the dark with a recommendation from a person we have never met or been to the hotel before. Anyone can find a nice hotel, but you were able to find a nice hotel that fitted our needs better than I would ever been able to do on my own. I truly appreciate your help and will be contacting you on our next trip. My parents travel a lot, so I have forwarded your information to them and told them how helpful you were. The staff was most attentive to your every need, the amenities far outweighed its competition, and the physical hotel itself is breathtaking. The hotels location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Beverly Hills desirable shopping and dining experiences. A terrific asset - the balconies that open onto Canon Drive - offer more than a breath of fresh air. No complaints here. When I head west again from South Carolina it will be to the front door of The Montage! I was very pleased with my accommodations and the dogs enjoyed their stay. As you know, because of my postive experience, I have made reservations to go back 2/3/-2/5/09. I would like to know about their program for clients stays. May I also say I am very pleased with your entire staff in their professionalism and sense of urgency and service.
